November! The storming of the Winter Palace in Petrograd (St Petersburg) took place overnight November 7th to 8th 1917.

Because Russia had not changed to the Gregorian Calendar, their date was October 24th to 25th using the Julian Calendar - so the Bolsheviks referred to it as the “October Revolution” but did not rename it when the Calendar changed!
